Dr. Deena Fisher Named Citizen of the Year

drdeenakfisher4x5-72Dr. Deena Fisher has been named Citizen of the Year by the Woodward Chamber of Commerce.

The announcement was made during the Chamber's annual banquet Thursday evening.

Fisher is the dean of Northwestern Oklahoma State University Woodward campus, but her commitment to civic and state organizations goes far beyond the realm of education.

Among the many professional associations and civic organizations she lends her time to:
